GOL can facilitate and oversee the full management of client operational functions outsourced to us in line with deliverables and key performance indicators agreed. GOL upon contract go-live will provide corresponding reports in line with the timeframes requested by each client.

A dedicated project manager (PM) is in place for each client to ensure effective client onboarding and contract implementation. Following this, the PM will facilitate regular service reviews to ensure the smooth running of the contract for the agreed contract duration.
