For Clients who want to be hands-on and simply want support complying with local labor laws.

This model offers a recruitment service alongside HR support for clients who want to hire and manage their own offshore employees. The process involves us recruiting and presenting staff to the client for selection in line with the specifications provided. GOL will carry out onboarding checks including reference, criminal record and Identity checking on each shortlisted candidate and upon commencing employment will manage monthly payroll for the employees. GOL fees in this instance will only be for initial recruitment and ongoing monthly payroll.
